BrainPassion™ Values & Ethics

Effective Date: 6/15/2025
Last Updated: 6/15/2025

At BrainPassion™, we believe that regulation is a human right — not a privilege or performance. Our work is grounded in brain science, trauma-informed care, and deep respect for the nervous system. But more than that, it's built on values.

This page exists to hold us — and our community — to a standard that’s not just professional, but personal. Here’s what we stand for:

1. Science With Soul

We believe that neuroscience and emotional connection belong together.
Our programs are built on real research, but they’re delivered through compassion, creativity, and connection — not cold theory or clinical detachment.

2. Respect Over Perfection

We don’t believe in “fixing” kids, teens, or adults.
We believe in supporting their brains, honoring their nervous systems, and helping them feel safe enough to grow.

We respect all neurotypes, all regulation journeys, and all emotional expressions — even the messy ones.

3. Every Brain Deserves Access

We are committed to keeping part of BrainPassion™ accessible.
That means free community support, low-cost tools like the 7-Day Challenge, and payment plans for deeper work — because healing shouldn’t be gatekept by money or shame.

4. No Diagnosis-Based Discrimination

Whether you're navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, sensory challenges, or no diagnosis at all — you’re welcome here.
We don’t treat diagnoses like problems to be fixed. We treat nervous systems with the safety and respect they deserve.

5. Transparent, Trauma-Informed Boundaries

We’re not therapists. We’re not doctors. And we won’t pretend to be. What we will do is give you brain-based tools backed by lived experience, somatic wisdom, and real strategies. We are always clear about our scope, and we’ll always encourage you to seek licensed help when needed.

6. Ethics in Community & Coaching

Inside BrainPassion Skool™ and all of our programs, we operate under these standards:

  • Confidentiality is honored. Stories shared in community stay in community.

  • Consent matters. We will never push you or your child past what feels safe.

  • Diversity is valued. We welcome all races, genders, neurotypes, family structures, and lived experiences.

  • Respect is required. Unsafe, shaming, or harmful behavior will be removed immediately.

7. We Do Our Work, Too

This isn’t just a business — it’s a mission. We are committed to ongoing learning in the areas of trauma, neurodiversity, somatics, and ethics. We’re growing, too — and we believe that’s a strength, not a flaw.
